Ultra Low Refrigerated Circulators
About.
The Siskin Profichill RHC machines are designed to provide precise temperature control for lab size jacketed glass reactors employed for chemical synthesis. They are typically designed to deliver -30 ºC at the product mass as a function of the volume of the vessel and the charged mass.
On the heating side, the reactors can be heated up to 180 ºC. The RHC series of refrigerated and heating circulators can deliver a working temperature range of -45 ºC to +200 ºC when the machine isn’t loaded. Suitable heat transfer medium for high temperature reactions can be ordered from us.
A few RHC machines have a large bath opening and a large bath volume. They are used to maintain chemical samples / specimens at a given (rather extreme) temperature. We also manufacture a plethora of stainless steel accessories. In some cases, we also accept customizations for accessories for orders in bulk.
You can also order for a gorgeous glass reactor system (triple walled, vacuum jacketed) from Siskin Instruments too! With an RHC cryostat as their best companion, you’re assured of excellent empirical results.
We also manufacture dual-stage compression RHC machines which are engineered for applications that demand ultra low temperatures (-80 ºC). We use EPA approved refrigerants for these machines. All parts in contact with the circulation medium undergo a machining process and are made of stainless steel grade 304. Our AT series of immersion circulators gives your experiment the state-of-the-art temperature accuracy and stability. The intuitive electronic touch interface makes the machine configuration a breeze.
